PETER F. CLARK - Chief Executive Officer and President


Peter F. Clark has owned and operated a number of successful businesses including, a major Canadian retailer, which he owned and operated from 1970 to 1985. He was also Chairman of the Metropolitan Toronto Licensing Commission for 15 years. In 1989, Mr. Clark acquired control of in excess of 80% of the equity of CPI and has directed the growth and development of the business of CPI since that date.
JAMES D. ELLIES - Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer


James D. Ellies joined CPI in 1989 when it was acquired by Peter Clark. He was involved in merchant banking for a number of years with the Federal Business Development Bank and was introduced to manufacturing as a "turnaround specialist". He was also involved in the plastics industry for 18 years.
DAVID WOOD - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer


David Wood joins CPI from CFM Corporation, where he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also brings a wealth of senior financial management and public accounting experience gained throughout his career with senior finance positions at Magna International Inc., Dell Computer Corporation, Derlan Industries Limited, Aluma Systems Corporation and Coopers & Lybrand.
