CPI
Plastics Now Listed On TSE
CPI Plastics
Group Ltd. has become a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company
as of late September of this year. That was the day a reverse
takeover by CPI of Waterford Capital Management Inc. was approved.
Since then Waterford shares have been delisted and CPI has started
trading under the symbol CPI.
"The combination of CPI and Waterford will provide shareholders
of Waterford with growth opportunity in the plastics industry
and a unique opportunity for CPI to become a listed TSE public
company with a significant shareholder base," said Peter Clark,
President and controlling shareholder of CPI.
The company will be releasing its first public quarterly report
in early November.
CPI designs, engineers and manufactures thermoplastic extrusions
such as decorative trim and functional parts for a variety of
industries including automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
and appliance manufacturers.
They have three plants in Mississauga (including their head office
at 979 Gana Court), one plant in Bolton, and one plant in Elkhart,
Indiana.
