PETER F. CLARK
Chief Executive Officer and President - CPI Plastics Group Ltd.
Peter F. Clark has owned and operated a number of successful businesses including, a major Canadian retailer, which he owned and operated from 1970 to 1985. He was also Chairman of the Metropolitan Toronto Licensing Commission for 15 years. In 1989, Mr. Clark acquired control of in excess of 80% of the equity of CPI and has directed the growth and development of the business of CPI since that date.
JAMES D. ELLIES
Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer - CPI Plastics Group Ltd.
James D. Ellies joined CPI in 1989 when it was acquired by Peter Clark. He was involved in merchant banking for a number of years with the Federal Business Development Bank and was introduced to manufacturing as a "turnaround specialist". He was also involved in the plastics industry for 18 years.
RONALD W. MITCHELL
President - Mitchell Consulting Group.
Ron Mitchell was the President of CPI from May 1998 to June 2008. He was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Pelmorex Inc. His work experience includes positions as Executive Vice-President, Thompson Newspapers Canada from 1994 to 1997, Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of The Edmonton Sun from 1992 to 1994, The Financial Post from 1988 to 1992 and Executive Vice-President, Seagram Distillers from 1983 to 1987.
WILLIAM COPLAND
Chairman - Pineridge Financial Corporation
Bill Copland has served as President and C.E.O. of Pineridge Financial Corporation, a financial consulting firm since 1996. His previous experience was Vice President and a Director of Richardson Greenshields, an investment dealer.

Campbell Deacon has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Azure Dynamics since January 2001. His previous experience was Chairman of Deacon and Company, President of U.T.S. Energy Corporation, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Deacon Barclays de Zoete Wedd, an investment dealer and a former Chairman of the Investment Dealers Association.

Robert Tweedy is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Useppa Holdings Limited, a diversified management company. He is the Chairman of Barrie Rent All Inc. and past Chair of CARE Canada. He is a director of a number of companies, including Aegon Canada Inc., TransAmerica Life Insurance Company of Canada, Dundee Realty Corp and Route 1 Incorporated. Mr. Tweedy earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and his Masters in Business Administration degree from Stanford University. In 2003, he was awarded H.M. The Queen’s Jubilee Medal for his work with CARE Canada.
ROBERT A. DONALDSON

Bob Donaldson has over 30 years experience practicing law as a senior partner with 2 major Canadian Corporate law firms. Bob has considerable experience and expertise in the areas of acquisitions and mergers, the raising of capital by way of private placement or prospectus, foreign investment review, biotechnology, the regulation of Canadian financial institutions, directors’ and officers’ liability and corporate governance.
Bob formed his own consulting company in 1998 and presently serves as General Counsel to Ontario Energy Savings Corp. and Inplex Inc. He previously sat on the CPI board from 1996 – 1998.
